Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Engineering

Lead engineering on client projects — typically SaaS platforms, enterprise dashboards, and integrations that touch real business workflows. You own architecture, write the hard code, and mentor the engineers around you.

What you'll do

▪Lead architecture decisions: pick the right boundaries, data model, and deployment shape, and document trade-offs so the team and client can challenge them.
▪Ship across the stack — Next.js front-ends, Node.js services, PostgreSQL schemas, AWS infra. Comfortable in all of it.
▪Own production quality: tests, observability, performance budgets, incident response. Watch what happens after launch.
▪Mentor and review. Raise the bar of the engineers around you through code review, pairing, and clear written explanations.

What we're looking for

▪5+ years shipping production web software. Bonus if you've owned a system end-to-end through multiple major iterations.
▪Deep TypeScript and Node.js. Comfortable with modern Next.js (App Router) and React Server Components.
▪Solid SQL and data modelling — design a PostgreSQL schema, write the queries, reason about indexes and migrations under load.
▪Pragmatic AWS experience: S3, CloudFront, RDS, Lambda, IAM. You ship to AWS without breaking things.
