Product Designer

Design

Lead design on enterprise SaaS and AI products. The work isn't marketing pages — it's the dense, structured surface area of dashboards, admin tools, AI copilots, and data-heavy workflows. You'll work with PMs, engineers, and clients directly.

What you'll do

▪Run user research with operators of complex internal tools. Synthesise findings into decisions, not slide decks.
▪Design systems, not screens. Build component libraries and interaction patterns that scale across a product.
▪Own the full design surface: information architecture, interaction, visual, prototyping.
▪Partner closely with engineering. Hand over designs that survive contact with code, and pair on tricky states.

What we're looking for

▪5+ years designing enterprise / SaaS products. Portfolio shows complex, data-heavy interfaces, not just consumer apps.
▪Figma expert: components, variants, auto-layout, tokens. You can build a small design system from scratch in a week.
▪Systems thinker — you design for the second screen, the third state, the failure mode.
▪Strong written communication. You can write a design rationale stakeholders read and engineers follow.
